WHAT’S THE MOST REWARDING ASPECT OF YOUR WORK?
There are two equally rewarding aspects: 1) Seeing the progress of a team’s performance through coaching and development by practicing true servant leadership. 2) Seeing the wins we can make by leveraging the full assets of the company (Innovation, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Marketing, etc.). In an extremely price-driven and competitive environment, it’s a must.
