What do you do to encourage teamwork?
Modeling the behavior I would like to see in others. I need to be able to roll up sleeves and get my hands dirty too. Everyone has to contribute to the overall success of the initiative. Additionally, transparency, clarity, and open and consistent communication is key to bringing everyone together and marching toward a common goal.
What’s the most rewarding aspect of your work?
1.Being able to see our contributions turn into meaningful and significant company growth.
2.Developing talent so that we build the future leaders of the organization.
3.Having fun doing it. We spend many hours at work and I want to enjoy those hours and same holds true for my team.
